Summer opening hours in services and service locations

During the summer, some of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency's service locations have special opening hours or services. At some locations, you can only visit by appointment. The locations affected by the changes are listed in this news item. Up-to-date information is also available on the service locations’ own contact details pages. Remember, too, that many things can be done without actually visiting a service location!

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency provides services nationwide, mainly online or by telephone Only certain things require a visit to one of our service locations. You may visit the most suitable service location for you, regardless of where you live.

If you need to make an appointment to visit, we recommend that you book one in advance for the service you want. Our online booking calendar will show you the free times for all services available at the service location that you need to visit. If you cannot make a reservation online, you can request a reservation via the telephone service.

Exceptions by location

Iisalmi

The service location in Iisalmi is closed in July.

Kemi

Unfortunately, during the summer we are unable to organise wedding witnesses on behalf of the agency. Please bring your own witnesses.

Kittilä

Unfortunately, during the summer we are unable to organise wedding witnesses on behalf of the agency. Please bring your own witnesses.

Porvoo 

The Porvoo service location is only open by appointment from 1 to 31 July. 

Raahe

The Raahe service location will be open on two Wednesdays in July, the 3rd and the 24th: with an appointment from 9 am to 3.30 pm and without an appointment from 9 am to 12 noon. We recommend making an appointment.

Unfortunately, during the summer we are unable to organise wedding witnesses on behalf of the agency. Please bring your own witnesses.

Raseborg 

The Raseborg service location is open from 1 to 30 June by appointment on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 3.30 pm.  We only serve customers without an appointment on Fridays between 10 am and 12 noon.

From 1 to 31 July, the service location will be open by appointment only (Tuesdays in odd-numbered weeks and Fridays in even-numbered ones). 

The services of a notary public are available every two weeks. See the appointment calendar for dates.

Rauma

There will be no notary public services or weddings in Rauma from 26 June to 31 July. The service location will be open by appointment only.

Salo

The Salo service location will be open from 24 June to 2 August on Fridays from 9 am to 12 noon.  We recommend making an appointment in advance.

The services of a notary public and wedding ceremonies will be available on 5 July and 19 July from 9 am to 12 noon during this period (with an appointment also in the afternoon). In Turku, services are available every weekday.

Savonlinna

Unfortunately, during the summer we are unable to organise wedding witnesses on behalf of the agency. Please bring your own witnesses.

Ylivieska
