You can book an appointment only to services that require a personal meeting. In other matters, we will serve you online or by phone. Book an appointment online or by phone from the service’s own number.

Looking for a mailbox?

Documents, such as documents related to supervision of the interests of another party, can be dropped at the Agency's lobby service or mailbox without queuing. See location-specific addresses.

Citizen Certificate and electronic identity: 0600 9 6160 (local/mobile network fee)

Service is provided by telephone from Monday to Friday at 8-21 and on Saturdays at 9-15. The telephone service is closed on Sundays and on public holidays.

The advisory service provides support in the use of the certificates issued by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and for the most common problems that arise when using them for the first time. The service provides advice on certificate cards, for example, the Citizen Certificate on the personal identification card, organisation cards, social welfare and health care smart cards, activating certificates and the use of PINs.
