We have compiled a material bank of various learning and support materials on this page. The material is aimed at those working with digital support and digital competence. The materials are developed together in the national digital support provider network.
Digital support provider’s competency development and competency profiles
In 2023, more than one hundred digital support actors came together to define digital support competency profiles. The aim of the work was to map the competency needs of digital support providers working with different target groups. This work resulted in the creation of target groups and profiles of those in need of digital support and digital support providers’ competency profiles.
We have compiled support materials related to digital support in municipalities on one page. We want to strengthen municipalities’ capacity to organise digital support and develop the competence of digital support providers.
