Digital Support Privacy Statement
The Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Digital Support service actively communicates about the opportunities and features offered by its services and sends invites to events related to these services. Messages are sent to the members of the digital support network. The data of digital support actors are part of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency's national register of digital support actors.
Your data may be in this register if you are a Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Digital Support service user, a digital support actor, a subscriber to the agency’s current events or have participated in events organised by the agency.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is the support organisation for providers of digital support and the national developer of digital support. Data processing related to digital support primarily concerns the organisation's data. The contact persons act as representatives of organisations belonging to the digital support network. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency processes the personal data of the contact persons of organisations belonging to the digital support network for the purpose of sending event and training invitations related to digital support and for sharing current information and competence materials related to digital support. Other communications concerning the digital support network, such as requests to update contact information, or surveys, may also be sent to the contact person.
Promotion of digitalisation and data security and support for the use of services is one of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s statutory tasks (Act on Digital and Population Data Services Agency). The personal data of the contact persons are processed with their consent.
Contact details of contact persons entered in the digital support network are stored as long as the contact person’s organisation is part of the digital support network. The contact person may request the deletion of their personal data at any time or notify us that they no longer represent the organisation in question.

- Information on digital support provided by the organisation (or individual)
The contact person will submit their personal data through the form. The Digital Support Coordinator may also report the contact person's information to the register at the contact person's request.
No data is disclosed to third parties on a regular basis.
No personal data will be disclosed to parties outside the EU or the EEA or to international organisations.
No personal data is used for automated decision-making.
Right of access
You have the right to access your personal data and check its content. You can send a request to check your personal data to the Registry office of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Be prepared to provide proof of identity.
Right of revision
You have the right to correct your personal data if you notice that it contains inaccurate or incorrect information. The request for corrections must be submitted in writing to the contact person of the registry. In your request, you must specify which information should be corrected and what changes or additions should be made. Be prepared to provide proof of identity.
Right to demand data be removed
You have the right to require the Digital and Population Data Services Agency to delete your personal data that is processed on the basis of your consent. You can send the request for data removal in writing to the register’s contact person. Be prepared to provide proof of identity.
Right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority
If you think that your personal data is processed unlawfully, you can submit a complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
