The Digital Support skill badge allow you to assess and verify your own skills as a digital support provider. Once you have successfully completed the tasks, you will receive a competence badge as proof of your competence. Completed badges can and should be shared.

The Digital Support Skills Badge helps you to identify and articulate your skills. The badges are available to all digital supporters. The badges are earned by studying the material related to the badge and then completing an online test related to the badge independently. You can complete the badges individually as separate competences, in any order you wish.
Your badge application will be processed within two weeks of sending your application. You will receive information in your e-mail about the successfully completed badge or, alternatively, a request to supplement your application.

Digital Skills badge combines three individual marks into one and the same mark:

Digital Support – Ethical Guidelines skill badge
The ethical guidelines for digital support have been compiled at the request of digital support providers. The guidelines present the obligations concerning the provider and the recipient of digital support. The objective of these guidelines is to promote safe and high-quality digital support which is carried out in mutual understanding of both parties.

You can use the Digital Support Guidance Skills badge to verify that you have a command of the guidance skills required in Digital Support. The Guidance Skills badge is awarded either on the basis of a separate application or to those who have completed the training course Skills for support providers.

Digital support brings people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds together and requires multicultural guidance competences. You can prove these skills with the Multicultural Guidance Skills badge.
You can use this badge to show that you understand the significance of linguistic and cultural awareness in guidance and integration and how to promote them as a digital support provider.
The badge encourages better consideration and recognition of the linguistic, cultural and integration needs of various different customers.

Digital Support - Public officer Skills Badge
With this badge, you can demonstrate that, as a public authority, you understand the content difference between the digital support given in a service situation and general digital support, and you recognize the obligation of the authority to support the customer in using digital services related to the service. The goal of the competence badge is to highlight the importance of support provided for digital services, as well as the differences and special characteristics between general digital support and support given in service situations.
The badge is intended for public authorities, such as employees of municipalities, welfare regions, and state administration. Please complete the badge by using your organization's (e.g., agency, municipality, welfare region) email address.
