Digital Support skill badge
Digital support providers need many types of competence. They have often acquired competence not only through studies or work experience, but also in hobbies, voluntary activities or other contexts. They do not always have any documents to prove their competence and the competence is not easy to describe. The Digital Support Provider skill badge offers support for identifying and verbalising one’s own competence.
A digital support provider can use the exercises completed online to assess their own competence in digital skills, guidance skills and the ethical guidelines for digital support and, if they wish, apply for a skill badge to prove their competence.
The skill badge is free of charge and every digital support provider can apply for it.
Digital Support – Ethical Guidelines skill badge
The ethical guidelines for digital support have been compiled at the request of digital support providers. The guidelines present the obligations concerning the provider and the recipient of digital support. The objective of these guidelines is to promote safe and high-quality digital support which is carried out in mutual understanding of both parties.
