You can also order other certificates of yourself or another person for an acceptable purpose of use. First, find out what information you need for your certificate and for what purpose you need it. Please provide this information when placing your order.
Report on family relationships
A report on family relationships is most commonly needed for estate inventories in order to determine the heirs of the deceased.
List of residents for a housing company
If you are a private person who manages a housing company, you can order a list of residents by sending an order to [email protected]. Clearly state that you are the resident manager of Asunto Oy when placing the order for the list of residents. The list of residents costs EUR 35.
Include in the order
- for which address and municipality you need a list of residents
- purpose of the resident list
- delivery and invoicing address and
- business ID of the housing company.
If for any other reason you need to receive a list of residents, you can send the request by email. Use the secure mail of the agency to send the email so that your data remains encrypted. Select [email protected] as the recipient in the secure mail.

You can order a certificate of yourself or another person for an acceptable purpose of use. Please note that you can use the self-service only to order a certificate for yourself or your dependants.
Check your data!
You can check your personal data in the Population Information System from the Personal Data service. You can find your current personal data, name history information and property and building ownership information on the service. You can also check your residential history data saved in the Population Information System.
