Population Information System query interface for the private sector

Private sector customers can receive Population Information System query interface based services through intermediary companies.

Population Information System query interface based information services are offered by intermediary companies to which the Digital and Population Data Services Agency has granted a framework permit, that is, permission to relay Population Information System data. These intermediary companies are called framework permit holders.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency has granted intermediary companies the right to relay Population Information System data through individual queries for purposes specified in the customer's data permit. Intermediary companies’ framework permits specify the agreed framework for the relay of data, which means that there is no need to negotiate all details of the data permit. Customers using an intermediary company must also follow the terms and conditions determined by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

Intermediary companies advise their customers in activating the service and order the service on behalf of their customers from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

The intermediary companies that can relay either personal data or building data to their customers are listed below. A more detailed description of the service provided by the intermediary company, the data to be relayed, the purposes for which the data is used and the price of the service can be obtained from the intermediary company.
