Digital support network
Digital support is provided by municipalities, public actors, organisations, different projects and companies. They comply with the ethical principles for digital support. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency coordinates the digital support provided to citizens and acts as a national provider of support to digital support providers.
The aim is to
- develop the operating methods of digital support
- measure and assess digital support
- support the work of regional coordinators and monitor the implementation of the objectives set for the projects
- offer digital support providers different types of assistance, such as instructions and training
- build a national digital support network
- make digital support better known and easier to find.

The members of the digital support network may use the Member of the National Digital Support Network badge
The members of the digital support network that have submitted their contact details using this form may use the Member of the National Digital Support Network badge in their activities. The badge indicates that the organisation offers or develops digital support and has committed itself to complying with the ethical guidelines for digital support.
The Member of the National Digital Support Network badge can be used both as a digital and as a printed version. Digital support operators can indicate their membership of the national network by using this badge as part of their presentations, on their website, by adding it to their printed products and by using it in stickers that can be placed on the doors of their service locations, for example.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s aim for 2022 is to test and develop the new operating model for digital support. Permanent funding for the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s digital support task will be applied for as from 2023.
