Remote service point of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, Seinäjoki

You can get advice via video link as a remote service. The service point has a computer that allows you to chat with our employee via video link.

You can use remote services when you need personal advice or guidance on the services provided by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Book the appointment for the remote service in our telephone service.

If the matter requires a personal visit to our service location, you cannot manage it in the remote service. Among others, these matters include the officiation of a marriage, the registration of foreigners and the services of the notary public, such as the authentication of a document. Please note that we do not provide advice on guardianship or continuing power of attorney in the remote service.

You cannot print or scan forms or documents at the service point. You cannot submit any forms or documents at the service point either.

  • In the facility
    • The customer service point has an accessible toilet on floor 0.
    • The waiting room of the customer service point has a queue number system and seats.
    • The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly. The glass doors have contrast markings.
    • The customer service point is located on floor 2.
    • For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)
    • The customer service point has directions to the different facilities.
