In other matters, we will serve you online or via national service numbers.
Without an appointment, you may very likely have to queue for a long time and you may still not be able to manage your affairs during the same day.

Please note that dispensing of queueing numbers will be suspended if queues have grown too long.
Service offering
- In the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, the registration of foreigners is centralised in Helsinki, Porvoo ja Raseborg.
- You may submit guardianship documents at all service locations. Paper versions of annual and final statements will be scanned starting from 1 January 2025, and we kindly ask you to return them to the address Digital and Population Data Services Agency, PO Box 1004, FI-00531 Helsinki.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Helsinki service location.
