How to use the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s services smoothly:

Check what matters require a personal visit to the Agency and book an appointment online in advance. You can also book an appointment by phone.

Most matters don't require a visit. For more additional information, see the “Individuals” menu at the top of the page and select the service you need.

The service locations are mainly open to those who have booked an appointment. Be prepared to queue if you have not booked an appointment. If you do not have an appointment, we will provide mainly service advice. Documents can be dropped at the Agency's lobby service or mailbox without queuing.
