Stakeholder materials for communicating about the reform – join the communication network

Publication date 2.4.2026 14.00 | Published in English on 7.4.2026 at 15.07

Collaboration with partners and stakeholders who have daily encounters with clients and professionals ensures smooth and successful reform communication. That is why we are inviting communications specialists representing relevant stakeholders to join our reform communication network. We also produce communication materials for stakeholders, which they are welcome to use freely.

Comprehensive material package for stakeholders

Stakeholders are given access to plenty of useful material that they can use in their own communications. Stakeholder materials will be provided throughout this year. The materials include:

  • bulletins that stakeholders can publish on their own websites and in other channels
  • informative video on the service reform
  • instructions for vero.fi and the guide on the death of a close family member at Suomi.fi
  • material for information screens, a poster, roll-up material, and newspaper ads
  • content for social media
  • A4 brochure (electronic or paper)
  • glossary to ensure clear and consistent language

The materials will be produced in Finnish and Swedish and partly also in English and in three Sámi languages.

Communications specialist: join the communication network

The stakeholder communication network will meet for the first time in the spring. The network will meet a few times during the year. The point of the meetings is to discuss the communications timetables, the material to be distributed, and how partners can utilise the materials in their own communication channels.

When professionals and shareholders of an estate learn about the reform in time, they will be spared any extra trouble. A joint communication strategy ensures consistency and makes the process easier for grieving clients.

“We are doing this together. The communication network does not cause us more work, but helps us target the right audience with clear, consistent and timely communications,” emphasise Outi Toijanniemi from the Tax Administration and Sari Myllykoski from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
