The Digital and Population Data Services Agency organises monthly Digital Priority briefings for digital support providers and persons working in the customer services of the authorities.

The briefing will cover topical issues related to the transition to prioritising digital official mail in Finland in 2026.  We will not go through the basics of the change in the event, only matters that are topical. A compact version of the event will also be made available as a recording.

Schedule for the next Digital First briefings:

  • Fri 28 November from 13.00 to 13.30
  • Fri 19 December from 13.00 to 13.30

Digital First general briefings for digital support providers

In addition, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency will organise two events with the same content to digital support providers in December and January. In the events, we will go through the basics of the transition to digital official mail taking place in early 2026 for persons who use it. Time has also been reserved for questions during the event.

The events will be recorded and the link to the recording will be sent to everyone who has signed up. The recording will be available for two weeks.

Question time sessions for digital support providers in 2026

After the turn of the year, we will also organise question time sessions for digital support providers about matters related to the Digital First project. These events will take place on the last Friday of each month. The question time session does not include a separate presentation, but we will be there to answer questions.
