Support for organisations in the activation of Suomi.fi Messages – sign up for support clinics held in spring 2026

Julkisen hallinnon organisaatioilla on velvollisuus lähettää päätökset ja tiedoksiannot Suomi.fi-viestien kautta. Digi- ja väestötietovirasto tarjoaa keväällä 2026 tukiklinikoita, joissa saat käytännön apua ja ohjausta palvelun käyttöönottoon ja käyttöön.

At the Suomi.fi Messages support clinics, we provide up-to-date information on Suomi.fi Messages to public administration organisations and help them with technical and administrative issues related to the service.

Organisations have a particularly current need for support, as in 2026, Finland will transition to sending primarily electronic decisions and other official notifications. This change means that the number of people using Suomi.fi Messages will increase and we will be able to reach an even higher number of recipients through the service. Citizens are also expecting to get mail digitally to Suomi.fi Messages from a growing number of organisations.​​​​​​​
