Suomi.fi e-Identification is currently working only partially. Currently the identification using an ID card, a social welfare and health care card and an organisation card may fail for some users. If the identification fails, please try again after a moment.
Identification using online banking codes and a mobile certificate works normally.
The cause of the problem has been identified as a network connection issue. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is investigating the situation together with the Government ICT Centre Valtori. We will provide further information by 24.6.2026 at 16.00 at the latest.
