Suomi.fi e-Identification was working only partially between 23.6.2026 at 16:00 and 24.6.2026 at 12:03. During that time the identification using an ID card, a social welfare and health care card and an organisation card could fail for some users.
Identification using online banking codes and a mobile certificate worked normally.
The situation is now resolved and the service is functioning normally again. The cause of the problem was a network connection issue at the Government ICT Centre Valtori.
