Local Register Office Register search services

Local Register Office Register search services are intended for situations in which your organisation needs regular information from the following personal registers: Register of Guardianship Affairs, Register of Donations, Register of Prenuptial Agreements, Register on the Right to Officiate Weddings, Register of Non-Marital Cohabitation-related Matters, as well as the annual catalogues of official journals 1930-1978.

Register search services are implemented using an XML query interface (open webservice interface) integrated with your organisation's information system. The query interface allows searches from the agreed upon registers and the processing of retrieved data in your organisation’s information system.

The introduction of the query interface will requires a cooperation project with experts from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of introduction.

Use of the query service will require data access authorisation, which is applied for from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s Häme-based unit.

Authorities

Public administration organisations that currently use the service are KELA, the Finnish Tax Administration and KEVA.
