Important to know about appointments

At the moment, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s appointment booking system is erroneously displaying the old address of the Helsinki office for customers whose appointment is on or after 1 June 2026. For example, the old address is displayed in the appointment confirmations of marriage ceremonies.

Please note that all services in Helsinki will take place at the Suomi-piste service point in Helsinki, Pasila as of 1 June 2026, even if the old address is mentioned in the appointment.
