Från och med 2026 ska myndighetsposten ska skickas i första hand elektroniskt – Kommunikationsmaterial tillgängligt för organisationer inom offentlig förvaltning
Kommunikationsmateria för organisationer inom offentlig förvaltning!
År 2026, när lagstiftningen om digital prioritering av officiell post träder i kraft, aktiveras Suomi.fi-meddelanden för alla myndiga personer som uträttar ärenden digitalt och som inte har aktiverat tjänsten tidigare. Tjänsten aktiveras när en person identifierar sig första gången 2026 i någon myndighets e-tjänst. Efter ändringen får över fyra miljoner personer myndighetspost i första hand digitalt.
Detta kan öka antalet kontakter med kundtjänsten hos organisationer som använder Suomi.fi-autentisering och Suomi.fi-meddelanden.
Det är viktigt att alla organisationer inom den offentliga förvaltningen informerar sina kunder om denna förändring.
Myndigheten för digitalisering och befolkningsdata har publicerad den 4 april 2025 ett kommunikationsmaterial som organisationerna kan använda för att informera sina kunder om den kommande ändringen och för att utbilda sin egen personal i att informera om ändringen.
