Most matters handled by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency do not require a visit to a service location and can be handled through electronic service channels or the telephone service instead. These channels are available as usual, and the changes in the walk-in service days will not affect their service hours.
If the matter requires a visit to our service location, we recommend that you make an appointment (dvv.fi/reservation).
