At the moment, not all users are able to act on behalf of a company in the Suomi.fi mobile app. This means that some users cannot read official messages sent to the company via the mobile app.
However, received messages can be read via the Suomi.fi Web Service by logging in at suomi.fi/messages.
The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is investigating the situation.
