Special opening hours in December
Because of the move, our customer service point will be closed between 11 and 15 December 2023.
Any marriage ceremonies that have already been booked will be carried out at the old service location on 14 and 15 December (address: Pohjoisranta 11 E).
In most cases, using our services does not require a visit to the service location
Most matters do not require a visit to a Digital and Population Data Services Agency service location and can be handled through electronic service channels or the telephone service instead.
These channels will be available as usual, and the change of service location in Pori will not affect their service hours.
If your issue requires a visit to our service location, we recommend that you book an appointment to avoid queues.

At the same time, the central government’s use of premises will be made more efficient as agencies relocate to shared office spaces.
