The Digital and Population Data Services Agency primarily processes all invoices digitally. There are several ways for private customers to receive invoices digitally. Traditional paper invoices are sent to those who do not use any of the digital services.

How to receive invoices from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency as a private customer:

1. E-invoice

All customers of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency can order their invoices as e-invoices instead of traditional paper invoices. E-invoices are an easy, safe and automatic way to receive invoices from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency to your online banking service.

2. OmaPosti

If you are using Posti's OmaPosti service, you will receive invoices from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency electronically through OmaPosti. We send invoices automatically via OmaPosti if you have not ordered a separate e-invoice.

3. Kivra

If you are using the Kivra digital mailbox service, you can receive invoices from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency electronically through Kivra. We send invoices automatically to the Kivra digital mailbox service for customers who use the service but have not ordered a separate e-invoice or do not use OmaPosti.

4. Suomi.fi Messages

We send invoices automatically to the Suomi.fi Messages service for customers who use the service but have not ordered a separate e-invoice or do not use OmaPosti or Kivra.  

5. Paper invoices

We send paper invoices to the address registered for you in the Population Information System if you have not ordered an e-invoice or activated OmaPosti, Kivra or Suomi.fi Messages.
