What is remote service? 

You can get advice via video link as a remote service. The service point has a computer that allows you to chat with our employee via video link. 

You can use remote services when you need personal advice or guidance. You cannot print or scan forms or documents at the service point. You cannot submit any forms or documents at the service point either.  

Remote service is free of charge.
