This accessibility statement explains how well the Quality Tools online service complies with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, what shortcomings there are in the accessibility of the website and how you can give us feedback on accessibility issues.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is responsible for this online service. We want as many users as possible to be able to access our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of digital services.

How accessible is the website?

This mobile app partly meets the A and AA level accessibility criteria required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). The online service has some shortcomings in accessibility, which are described in more detail below.

If you observe any issues that are not described on this page, please let us know and we will do our best to fix any shortcomings. We will respond to requests and comments as soon as possible, but no later than within two weeks.

Content or features that are not yet accessible

  • The online service only uses colour to communicate significance. (WCAG 1.4.1)
  • The online service uses colour combinations that do not have sufficient contrast. (WCAG 1.4.11)
  • Network service does not fully adapt when enlarged. (WCAG 1.4.4, 1.4.10)
  • The user is not notified of the time limit for the online service through assistive technologies and time limits cannot be managed. (WCAG 2.2.1)
  • The online service does not have a link that overrides recurring sections. (WCAG 2.4.1)
  • The online service has no alternative ways to locate the desired content. (WCAG 2.4.5)
  • The main language of the online service and the language of terms in different languages are not appropriately marked. (WCAG 3.1.1, 3.1.2)
  • The user interface elements have not been implemented in a programmatically understandable manner. (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2)

An effort will be made to correct the shortcomings listed in this statement in 2022.
