When you need the authenticity of your signature on a document to be certified by a notary public, you have to visit the Digital and Population Data Services Agency in person.

Provide photo identification and sign the document in the presence of the notary public. A note confirming the authenticity of you signature will be recorded on the document and the notary public will sign the document.
