How to use Digital and Population Data Services Agency´s services

  1. Use e-services

    You can do many things online quickly and easily.

  2. Contact us by phone or email 

    Get advice on how to manage your affairs by phone and email. You can find the service-specific channels at the bottom of this page. 

    The call and the waiting time will cost you the local and mobile rates agreed with your operator.

    Call centre hours: Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.

    The busiest times are usually in the mornings and early in the week.

  3. Book an appointment if necessary

    You can book an appointment for services that require a personal meeting. 

     

    Check which services require you to go to the office in person. For other matters, we will serve you online or by phone.

    Book an appointment online or by phone using the dedicated number for the service.Remember to cancel your appointment if you can't make it. We charge €50 for unused appointments.

    You can leave documents, such as guardianship papers, in the lobby of the Office or in the mailbox without queuing. See location-specific addresses.
