The Digital and Population Data Services Agency provides services throughout Finland, mainly online and by telephone. Only certain issues require a visit to our service location. You may visit the most suitable service location for you, regardless of your area.

Construction work on Itäinen rantakatu and Music Hall Fuuga is making access to the Turku Office Building difficult. Please arrive in time to make it to your appointment.

International Students’ registrations at DVV Turku service location:

Turku service location has organized separate registration days for exchange students, ask for information about them from your own university.

  • Thursday 15 January 2026 from 13 PM to 15 PM
  • Tuesday 20 January 2026 from 13 PM to 15 PM
  • Monday 26 January 2026 from 9 AM to 15 PM
  • Wednesday 28 January 2026 from 9 AM to 15 PM

Please don't make separate appointments but visit us on the international students’ pop-in registration days.
