Extracts from registers
Information from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s registers listed below can be provided in the form of extracts or certificates. Compliance with the conditions for the granting of extracts and certificates will be checked at the time the request is received.
Information on matters related to prenuptial agreements, notifications on the exclusion of marital rights to property, deeds on the division of property, as well as agreements entered into on the basis of the Act applicable to marital property regime are entered into the Register of Prenuptial Agreements.
The data in this register can, where necessary be used, for example, by banks, law offices and attorneys’ offices as well as property management and real estate companies in the scope of their activities.

Information on a deed of separation of property associated with the dissolution of the household of cohabiting partners, as well as an agreement concerning compensation or other documents is entered into the Register of Non-Marital Cohabitation-related Matters.
The data in this register can, where necessary be used, for example, by banks, law offices and attorneys’ offices as well as property management and real estate companies in the scope of their activities.

The data is disclosed as single paper prints. As a rule, a person requests extracts that apply to themselves. A person can also authorise their employer to request an extract that concerns them.

Information on notifications concerning the donation of movable assets is registered in the Register of Donations.

As a rule, no data from the Population Information System is disclosed in the form of extracts for use in professional activities. However, also extracts of information can be provided for individual information needs.

Sampling and analysis services
Resident lists are not disclosed by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency as extracts for private sector professional property management or maintenance actors. You will be served by intermediaries.
Data searches via intermediaries
For example, it is possible to disclose resident data to an individual housing company in the form of extracts.

From 1st January 2021:
The fee changed for an extract from the Register of Prenuptial Agreements is EUR 22.
The fee changed for an extract from the Register of Non-Marital Cohabitation-related Matters is EUR 22.
The fee changed for an extract from the Register of Guardianship Affairs is EUR 22.
The fee changed for an extract from the Register of Donations is EUR 22.
The fee changed for an extract from the Register on the Right to Officiate Weddings is EUR 22.
The fee changed for an extract from the Population Information System is EUR 23.
