Final statement at the end of guardianship

The guardianship ends once the child reaches adulthood. Submit the final statement within two months.

Do as follows

1. Prepare the final statement in the same way as the annual statement.

You can prepare and send the final statement electronically directly at the Guardianship e-service. The service is available in Finnish and Swedish and it will guide you through the process. If you wish, you can save the final statement as incomplete and continue to prepare it later.

2. Submit the final statement and its appendices to us within two months of the child reaching legal age.
