• In the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, the registration of foreigners is centralised in Helsinki, Porvoo ja Raseborg.
• You may submit guardianship documents at all service locations. Paper versions of annual and final statements will be scanned starting from 1 January 2025, and we kindly ask you to return them to the address Digital and Population Data Services Agency, PO Box 1004, FI-00531 Helsinki.
