The Digital and Population Data Services Agency provides services throughout Finland, mainly online and by telephone. Only certain issues require a visit to our service location. You may visit the most suitable service location for you, regardless of your area.

In other matters, we will serve you online or via national service numbers.

Without an appointment, you may very likely have to queue for a long time and you may still not be able to manage your affairs during the same day.

Without an appointment, you can get advice and submit documents at our service location. You can also send documents by post.

The doors of the Suomi-piste service point open and ticket distribution begins at 8:00. Please note that dispensing of queueing numbers will be suspended if queues have grown too long.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Helsinki service location.

Parking at the Pasila office centre

You may park your car in the office centre’s free customer car park in Asemapäällikönkatu 11. You can pick up a parking permit at the Info Desk in the lobby on Aurinkoraitti on the 1st floor (you must provide your registration number). Maximum parking time: 4 hours per day. 

You can also park in the P-Veturi underground car park subject to a charge. There are two entrances and exits: on Ratapihantie near the Pasila station via the central lane and at the end of Kumpulantie behind the parking lot.

Parking subject to a charge is also available in Mall of Tripla.
