Digital Skills Week 2022

Citizens' shortcomings in digital skills may slow down or even halt the development of Finnish society. An equal digital future requires the involvement of each organisation and party in the development of digital skills - and this work should be started immediately.

During the week, we focused in a more in-depth manner on the state of Finnish people’s digital skills and on competence development. We discussed how this competence will have an impact on overall Finnish competitiveness now and in the future, and what should be done in different sectors of society to increase competence.
