Changes and improvements since the last version:

Improved Error Handling:
- Client-side: Displays an error message if Active Directory registration fails.
- Server-side: Displays an error message on the login page if the data server connection fails.

Multiple Certificate Enrollments:
- The `altSecurityIdentities` parameter now supports multiple values, enabling simultaneous enrollment of multiple certificates.

Enhanced Configuration Options: The following new configuration options have been added:
- Certificate Validation: Option to disable certificate revocation list (CRL) and Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) validation.
- Administrator Group: Specify the name of the administrator group.
- Maximum Certificate Registrations: Set a limit on the number of certificate registrations per user.
- Login Domain: Configure the login domain; other registration requests will be ignored.

Smart Card Login Enhancements:
- Added SCS 1.3 transaction support

Bug fixes
- Non-admin user login; do not allow to modify user record
- DN encoding fix; State=ST -> S
